Please read our terms here:
- - When you order from Throttletek and you are ready to issue a payment we will send you a PayPal invoice or you can send the money through PayPal to the email address we use for our payment transactions.
- - If paying through PayPal please add 4% PayPal fees to the total including shipping. This fee is non refundable.
- - Shipping is extra and we can give you different shipping options. We normally send through EMS (Express Mail Service when requested) it is less expensive than many other companies and totally reliable. (Not a single loss in 12 years)
- - Shipping through EMS takes 5 - 8 days to the United States. To Europe and other countries might take a bit more. We are not responsible if items are held by customs. We provide a tracking to costumers depending on the shipping service they prefer.
- - Custom fees vary from country to country and buyer is responsible for custom fees.
- - We give 1 full year manufacturers warranty in parts and labour.
- - Lead times on our products vary from seasons and demand, we are trying to have a stock of all our products but lead times are from 40 - 50 days unless otherwise noted. We are always trying to get the products to our costumers as fast as we can!
- - You can pay through check or money order but there is a waiting time for it to clear.
- - We provide full technical support for all our products.
- - Dissasembling, tampering or modifying our products without Throttletek's consent VOIDS WARRANTY.
- - We accept returns only for technical malfunctions in our units, assembly problems or for warranty issues. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Except for warranty issues Throttletek will pay shipping from our factory back to your country but buyer is still responsible for shipping it to us.
- - Refunds of dispatched units will be made only when the unit is back to our factory and checked by our technicians. There are no extra fees charged. Once again buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- - Shipping fees will not be refunded once the unit has been dispatched from our facilities.
- - We are not responsible for mistakes in address and devolutions from postal offices due to this issue. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate address and shipping info.
- - We are not responsible for lost packages by any postal service in the world.
- - We are not responsible for packages being mishandled by customs or postal service personal during packages checks. Any damages to a throttle due to improper handling is not covered by our warranty and it's the buyer's responsibility on covering costs for repairs, shipping and handling fees for returns to the factory.
- - Once an order is placed REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE for any reason.
